Before payment

You can leave Stripe checkout without paying. A cancelled checkout is not charged.

Consumer withdrawal

If mandatory consumer law gives you a 14-day withdrawal right, you can notify us within that period. By checking the consent box, you expressly ask us to start the service after payment. If you withdraw after work has started, a proportionate amount may be payable for work already supplied. The withdrawal right can end after the service is fully performed when the required prior consent and acknowledgement were given.

Incorrect or defective delivery

If the delivered result does not match the paid scope, contact us with the SERVICE order reference and a clear description. We will assess an appropriate correction, replacement, price reduction or refund in line with the contract and mandatory law.

How to request help

Use the email below and include the SERVICE order reference. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method; processing time also depends on Stripe and the card issuer.
